What Civil Partnership packages do CH-PHOTO offer?
We have a number of example packages and prices below, but remember, if what you're looking for isn't listed, please do get in touch, so that we can formalise a quotation based on your exact requirements. The prices below are for bookings up-to and including the 31st December 2010. The prices for 2011 & 2012 can be found at the bottom of this page.

Civil Partnership Package - Bronze
We'll attend a single location for upto three hours, producing a minimum of 100 shots, recording your arrival, ceremony and guests. We'll then produce a DVD containing all shots in their highest quality setting, allowing you to email them to your friends, or produce your own prints for personal use.
This photography package is competitively priced at £499 (No additional VAT to pay).
Civil Partnership Package - Silver
We'll attend your ceremony for a total of up to four and a half hours, producing a minimum of 200 shots, recording your arrival, ceremony, after event celebrations and guests. We'll then produce a DVD containing all shots in their highest quality setting, allowing you to email them to your friends, or produce your own prints for personal use.
This package is competitively priced at £749 (No additional VAT to pay).
Civil Partnership Package - Gold
We'll attend for a total of up to six hours, producing a minimum of 300 shots. We can attend your home prior to the ceremony, to record your preparations, then record your arrival at the venue, the ceremony itself followed by your after event celebrations. We'll then produce a DVD containing all shots in their highest quality setting, allowing you to email them to your friends, or produce prints for personal use. We'll also provide a separate DVD slideshow with accompanying music that can be played in most standard DVD players.

Civil Partnership Package - Platinum
We'll attend for a total of up to eight hours, producing a minimum of 400 shots. We can attend your home prior to the ceremony, to record your preparations, then record your arrival at the venue, the ceremony itself followed by your after event celebrations. We'll then produce a DVD containing all shots in their highest quality setting, allowing you to email them to your friends, or produce prints for personal use. We'll also provide a separate DVD slideshow with accompanying music that can be played in most standard DVD players.

NEW: On site studio option
We now offer an add-on option of an on-site mobile studio for your reception, allowing your guests dressed in their finest attire to have their photograph taken, and a print produced immediately for them to take home that day. Why not offer something that allows your guests to go home with a special token to remind them of your Civil Partnership? Some people only dress up once in a blue moon - so this could be the perfect opportunity for them to remind themselves how great they look each time they see the photograph, and of course to think of your Civil Partnership day!
Photographs are printed to a size of 6" x 9" and mounted on a strut card, so that they can be placed anywhere throughout the home. These prints at our normal events retail at £10 each - however as you're booking one of our photography packages, we're able to offer them to you at a discount as can be seen below.
50 print option - £350 (equivalent of £7 a print)
75 print option - £450 (equivalent to £6 a print)
100 print option - £500 (equivalent to £5 a print)
With your agreement, should your print limit be reached, and your guests want more photographs, we can invoice separately later. If alternatively your print limit isn't reached - we'll give credit for any unused prints towards a printed photograph album after your Civil Partnership day. So for example, if you pick the 100 print option, and on the day we only issue 80 prints, we'll carry forward a credit of £100 (20 unused prints x £5) towards an album of your choice.
Quality Photobook Albums
In terms of photo albums, there are a variety of options to choose from. We can offer anything from traditional entry level albums, where photographs are printed and placed inside purpose built sections on the pages themselves, up to fully printed hardback books, where the photographs are printed directly onto the page, and the book bound in your choice of materials that include leather, linen or acrylic.
We can work with you to produce a great physical record of your day in the shape of a Photobook album. Click here to see some examples, and sample Photobook pricing. Photobook albums are available from £179.99 - £1499.99, depending on the size and chosen finish. Great as a keepsake for yourselves, and also good for your family or close friends.
Online albums allowing your friends and family to order their choice of photographs from your collection.
We will upload your photographs to a FREE secure online album that your guests can browse at their leisure, and order photographs directly through us at competitive prices.
We have the ability of taking Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit and Solo payments, and can also accept cheques. The products ordered will be delivered directly to your friends and family.
We can even produce two different online albums if you wish, one for family, and one for friends. (In case there are any 'Party Photographs' you don't want Aunty Doris to see!)

Photo manipulation
We quote for retouching or repair of any photograph on a job by job basis, as the cost will vary depending on how much work is involved. Contact us if you'd like to discuss this service further.
Copyright of images
In all cases, the copyright of the images remains with us, however you are free to use them for your personal use without restriction. The only exception is where the photography is used for commercial purposes. Should this be required, we can negotiate this separately.
Use of copyrighted music on our DVD's
Should you wish to have a particular track playing in the background of your DVD presentations, we can on your behalf ensure that the use of copyrighted music doesn't pose a problem for you. We can apply for permission to use the majority of commercial tracks utilising the MCPS-PRS alliance. This allows us to apply for a limited manufacture licence for your DVD, allowing us to produce up to 5 copies of your DVD per licence. The cost of the licence is included in our package prices for up to 5 copies. Should you require more, please contact us to discuss in more detail.
Payment options
We can accept a number of payment options for our services.
We offer payment by bank transfer or cheque as the most straightforward methods of payment, but also offer the ability to pay by credit or debit card. There is normally a small charge applied for payments by credit and debit card, as our merchant services charge us a handling fee to process the transaction.
We keep our costs to a minimum, and in order to remain competitive, we have to pass these charges on to our customers. (If we did it the other way, and incorporated the charges without you seeing them - then those paying by bank transfer or cheque would lose out - so it's a no-win situation either way!)
If you want more details in terms of the credit card charges - drop us a line, and we'll quote accordingly. Bank transfer is currently the most convenient option, as a quick phone call to your bank, or through most online accounts, payments can be made in seconds, and without charge to either party. Prices - 2011,2012
Our prices for 2011 & 2012 are currently as follows (although subject to change). All confirmed bookings will be at these prices, even if when the year comes we've put up our prices further to everyone else. Should our prices be lower, you will of course benefit from the saving. Remember, it's just £50 to reserve your Civil Partnership day.
